2020 International Collegiate Singing Championship Finalists Have Been Announced

The 2020 Finalists Have Been Announced for International Collegiate Singing Championship TM   brought to you by American Vocal Arts. The second annual competition will feature 11 singers that have been selected to move on to the next round. Winners of the competition will be announced in 2020.  ICSC  emphasizes competitive collegiate singing that spans across borders. We seek to recognize and award the best singers from around the world who are currently enrolled in or a recent graduated of an undergraduate or graduate program in voice. There will be a First, Second, and Third Place prize awarded. The winners will be selected based on talent, potential, and overall presentation. All voice types will be judged equally. ICSC emphasizes competitive collegiate singing that spans across borders. We seek to award the best singers from around the world who are currently enrolled in or are recent graduates of an undergraduate or graduate program in voice. There will be a First, Second, and Third Place monetary prize awarded based on the number of applications received. The winners will be awarded based on talent, potential, and overall presentation. All voice types will be judged equally. All performances and adjudication will be done via the simple online process outlined below.

Application Deadline - Received by October 1, 2019 11:59 PM Eastern 

(There are no in-person audition. Once your recording and all materials are submitted, you are done with the audition process. We will announce the winners in the Spring of 2020. If we need any further information or materials from you, we will contact you directly.) 

Special attention will be given to singers who present contemporary arias written in the 21st century. ICSC specifically encourages the performance of arias written by composers who identify as women and people of color. We also highly urge undergraduates to participate.
